Business Development Manager for Italy
To drive the implementation of business development strategies across Italy and to originate and close new business opportunities, you will be instrumental in promoting Hanwha Vision Europe Limited's presence in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our customer base in Italy.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with company goals.
* Present relevant solutions to end-users and consultants/specifiers within the electronic security market, IT & Networking.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
* A proven track record in a business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment.
* Extensive experience of CCTV and associated technologies, or similar market segment.
* Ability to work independently in understanding customer needs, defining solutions, and creating professional commercial proposals.
* Knowledge of the market, main channels, and potential customers within the electronic security market.
* Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer is beneficial but not essential.
Desirable Skills:
* Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems and their topology.
* Business or Technical Degree Level Education would be advantageous.
* PC Literate – Intermediate & Advanced 'Microsoft Office' skills to include Excel.
* Ability to develop strong relationships with both internal company Directors/colleagues and key clients.
Personal Qualities:
* Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
* Pro-active approach and ability to find solutions.
* Logical and well-organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Travel Requirements:
This is a field-based role, with extensive travel within Italy on a regular basis. The ideal candidate should be willing to live in the South region and occasionally travel outside of Italy.
