Casa Cipriani Milano is looking for a Restaurant Manager: The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team while embodying the distinctive elegance and hospitality of Cipriani. We are seeking someone with a strong leadership mindset, capable of empowering every team member and ensuring impeccable service.
The ideal candidate has a background in high-end nightlife and entertainment, and combines organizational skills, attention to detail, and a true passion for hospitality.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or private clubs of comparable level
* Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is considered a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of all F&B services
* Ensure consistent, high-quality F&B service across all outlets
* Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of F&B areas
* Support in hiring, training, and developing F&B staff
* Plan staff schedules to ensure proper coverage for all F&B activities
* Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback
* Develop and implement training plans and corrective actions as needed
* Foster a positive and constructive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth
* Ensure exceptional and fair service to all guests, demonstrating active listening, initiative, and professionalism in handling requests and complaints
* Monitor guest satisfaction and implement corrective measures in collaboration with the F&B team
* Assist with the preparation and management of the F&B budget, including forecasting, cost control, and revenue management
* Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to enhance profitability
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
* Oversee ordering, storage, and inventory of F&B supplies and equipment
* Conduct regular inventory checks to minimize waste and control costs
* Ensure compliance with health, HACCP, safety, and hygiene regulations
* Enforce F&B policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment – psychologically, physically, and hygienically
* Conduct regular inspections and training sessions to ensure staff adherence to safety standards
* Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the outlet and its events
* Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Events, and Front Office, to ensure seamless service delivery
* Communicate effectively with the Director and F&B Managers
* Participate in regular management meetings and contribute to business strategies
* Share responsibility for the outcome of the annual employee engagement survey
* Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and assets, promptly informing management of any issues
* Promote internal communication by organizing monthly departmental meetings
