In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Accountable for the Italian Parts Booking target. Develop and implement effective sales strategies within country’s sales channel to expand our customer base and exceed sales targets for spare parts. Use digital tools (IBT, IRR, CRM, FF2/Presto, Power BI, VISTO and others) to proactively identify customer opportunities for parts and elaborate executable plans to create the demand. Leverage data-driven insights to support European strategic initiatives for key applications, components, and brands (e.g., Environmental seal packing, severe service, cartridge, Yarway). Drive the customer digital experience with our digital tools (e.g., Online digital platform, My Asset, IBT people) and ensure their successful implementation. Implement corrective actions from win/loss analysis to improve hit rates and market penetration, focusing on critical accounts. Direct follow-up with customers is needed at least for large and key quotations. Work with key stakeholders to structure market and sales inputs into actionable insights and drive new initiatives. Actively engage in parts account plans definition for assigned target accounts, together with the local sales organization and channel. Manage key accounts in collaboration with local sales organizations. Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players and potential clients. Perform regular customer visits to drive sales within key customers, support sales channels, and promote FCV parts value proposition to identify areas of growth. Ensure early visibility and deep engagement in STO’s to extend customer Parts opportunities. Develop complete market intelligence: Understand market, customers, and competitors' parts opportunities and behaviors. Deliver commercial and technical internal and external training as required. Provide technical support and effective solutions tailored to customer needs. Prepare and present proposals and quotations that meet customer requirements and close sales deals. Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns to boost sales. For This Role, You Will Need: 5 years of field sales & commercial experience with proven selling capabilities and results. Must be able and willing to travel above 50% of the time across Italy and be on the field to visit customers. Fluent in English. Any other languages are a plus. University degree in the field of mechanical engineering and business management are a plus.
