We are currently looking for an experienced and proactiveClient Advisorfor our boutique based in Rome, Rinascente Tritone.As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.Key ResponsibilitiesTailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brandSupport the Sales Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floorPromote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needsDeliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customersMaintain the store standards according to the guidelines.Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledgeEnsuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM)Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sales StaffSupport basic cash operations when necessary (is trained to use the till)RequirementsFluency inItalian, English.
