Job Description
The OpsTech Solutions Supply Chain organization (OTS SC) has an immediate opening as Rapid Asset Deployment (RAD) Area Manager to support our building RAD24.
The OTS SC organization manages and is responsible for a wide variety of hardware testing and deployment, new device launches, and project initiatives that cross business teams and operations groups within Amazon Fulfillment IT.

A Day in the Life:
A typical day will involve steering all warehouse flow activities, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, provisioning, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), and other tasks.
You will also oversee all dock flow activities, including Inbound (IB) and Outbound (OB), allocate daily and weekly RAD Support Associate (AA) resources to meet demand, coordinate incoming and outgoing trucks, and monitor weekly and daily forecast vs. capacity for all standard RAD operative tasks.
Additionally, you will troubleshoot and support RAD Support AAs in all daily activities, ensure correct processing of requests in the Digital SC Solution (DSCS - ERP-System), inventory management, monitor and report on defined KPIs, steer ICQA activities within RDE1, and enforce safety guidelines and execute H&S audits.
The position will work Monday-Friday in an early shift model with flexibility according to/in line with operational requirements between 06:00-18:00.
Overtime will be required according to changing volume streams.
