Overview

We are currently looking for a candidate responsible for the Clinical Education Strategy in Italy region, who will be working both remotely and in the field.
Responsibilities
1. Execute clinical education strategy in collaboration with commercial sales force.
2. Implement strategies and learning opportunities to ensure consistent clinical/market knowledge among commercial team.
3. Support Marketing Department with market analysis and market preparation.
4. Establish in collaboration with Marketing Department KPIs to measure performance across the region.
5. Understand the clinical data and prepare sales and education support material.
6. Attend national congresses and make field visits to support sales team.
7. Collaborate with all business partners (Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, Compliance, Quality) to support strategy.
8. Identify HCP training needs and initiate corresponding plans for improvement.
9. Organize and attend professional education events, analyze current offerings and propose improvements where applicable, building a strong relationship and partnership with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), trainers, and proctors.
10. Be informed about the latest trends in the market.
11. Administrative tasks.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, required.
2. 2+ years related experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical field or in a related area, required.
3. Clinical background with strong sales skills and track record is preferred.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to adapt to changing work priorities.
5. Above average reading, verbal, and written communications skills; proficiency in business English and grammar; good arithmetic skills and attention to detail to maintain records and process reports.
6. Proficiency with PC-based office computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, required.
7. Ability to travel locally within the assigned geography (Italy).
