Responsibilities / Tasks
1. Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to local branches/distribution partners in the Area of responsibility
2. Answer and respond to customer inquiries, needs and requirements
3. Resolve and troubleshoot complex sales and services issues of customers
4. Direct and oversee sales policies, objectives and initiatives of the organization in the Area of responsibility.
5. Set short- and long-term sales strategies in the Area and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs.
6. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
7. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the Area of responsibility; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
8. Determine annual sales plans in cooperation with Head of Service Sales by implementing the best marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results
9. Coordinate and support local branches to define best route to market and implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
10. Responsible for the implementation of sales supporting tools and concepts developed for service in his/her areas of responsibility
11. Contribute on service portfolio development of Global Service Support Filling & Packaging
12. Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
13. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
14. Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
15. Manage, develop, coach and motivate the local branches sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved
16. Provide on-the-ground support to local branches sales force as they generate leads and close new deals
17. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
18. Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts
19. Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
Your Profile / Qualifications
20. Mechanical/technical background (aseptic filling/process business knowledge is preferred)
21. Previous experience in similar role is preferred
22. Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language (min. C1)
23. Fluent in Spanish, French or Arab (would be much appreciated)
24. Complex negotiation management
25. Target orientation, planning skills
26. Willingness to travel up to 15 days a month
