Job Summary
Dolce&Gabbana Beauty is looking for a proactive, organized, and multi-tasking Go to Market Fragrance Manager to be based in Milan. The candidate will play a key role in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for the Fragrance category, reporting directly to the Global Go to Market Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Fragrance Go-To-Market Global Strategy
Within the Go-to-Market team, the Fragrance category will be managed by two managers, one of whom is the subject of this specific search. In her/his perimeter of responsibility, the person will be in charge of what follows:
* Design and implement the global go-to-market strategy for key fragrance pillars, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This includes pricing, channel distribution, market approach, and 360° marketing tools.
* Develop and oversee global guidelines, working closely with the Global Marketing team to validate and ensure smooth execution by regional teams.
* Monitor market performance, analyze key metrics, and develop action plans to optimize global strategy while allowing for local market adaptations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with the Global Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams to align on product launches, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
* Liaise with regional teams to provide support and ensure consistent implementation of global strategies while adapting to local market needs.
* Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to manage pricing, stock planning, and forecasting.
Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking
* Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
* Track and evaluate product performance, measuring KPIs such as sell-in, sell-out, and market share to drive decision-making.
* Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve brand penetration and performance.
Candidate Requirements
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 4-5 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the beauty/luxury industry.
* Solid knowledge of brand development plans, campaign structuring, and marketing strategies.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape within the beauty industry.
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
* Experience in media and digital marketing will be considered a plus.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
* Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and strategic thinking.
* Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
