We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Adecco Consultant Milan.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our financial services department, specializing in innovative solutions for debt collection and portfolio management.
You will be responsible for collaborating with our business and strategy teams to translate re-engineered processes into actionable requirements, user stories, and use cases.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
1. Collaborating with business and strategy teams to translate re-engineered processes into actionable requirements, user stories, and use cases.
2. Working directly with key stakeholders to analyze and define new features for our advanced internal platform.
3. Serving as the primary liaison with IT teams, managing system requirements and overseeing their implementation.
4. Utilizing Agile methodologies to write user stories, lead daily stand-ups, prioritize backlogs, and demonstrate iteration deliverables to stakeholders.
5. Driving the success of the company by implementing solutions that enhance existing business processes and proactively proposing innovative ideas to address challenges and opportunities.
6. Ensuring that new business-requested features can impact and seamlessly integrate across all system components.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience defining software requirements for complex products as a Business Analyst or similar role in Agile environments.
* A strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
* Expertise in Agile practices, including user story creation and backlog prioritization.
* Experience developing and delivering business processes and working with third-party vendors to implement end-to-end solutions.
* A background in Financial Services with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in Debt Collection (NPL) environment, hands-on experience implementing Debt Collection systems, familiarity with transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodologies, knowledge of Core Banking systems or experience in IT-related companies, and understanding of cloud environments and their applications would be advantageous.
