The role :Manage, within the Group IT Department and in close liaison with the company's business lines, all development projects and projects related to the Information System. You will also contribute to the proper functioning of the applications loaded by the IT Department.Within the IT Department's Projects team, you will manage the IT part of E-Commerce, MarketPlace, OMS, Omnichannel implementation or evolution projects.Your missions will include :Project management - 60%
1. Project management, team leadership (in-house and contractors): team coordination, methodology and milestones, monitoring committee. Ensures compliance with scope, budget and schedule.
2. Support business units in expressing needs and drafting specifications.
3. Draft functional specifications and have them validated by the business units.
4. Definition of IT solutions, validating their consistency with the IS, technical constraints and standards, and development tools and standards.
5. Implement solutions: install and configure application tools.
6. Update installation documentation and configuration files.
7. Unit testing and organization of user acceptance tests.
8. Key-user training and change management.
9. Stabilize the solution and support its transition to the support team: documentation & contracts for administration and support, training of support teams.
User Support - 40%
10. Participation in the support of applications under your responsibility.
11. Handling corrections and requests for changes, including drawing up functional specifications.
12. Tool parameterization and/or service management.
13. Updating tool or application documentation (specifications, configuration files, acceptance reports, administration and support procedures).
14. Organize follow-up committees with domain key-users.
What sets you apart:Bachelor or Master degree, engineering school or university cycle. A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar position is desired, as well as a good knowledge of ERP and E-Commerce backoffice processes and tools.Key skills:
