Job Title: Broker Bay Support Representative
Job Description:Join our team as a Broker Bay Live Concierge Support Representative and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic call center environment. In this role, you will assist customers with scheduling, inquiries, and support using various software tools while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service via telephone and software platforms.
* Efficiently handle multiple screens and telephone software to assist customers.
* Accurately document calls, organize tasks, and follow through to ensure superior customer experiences.
* Adhere to call-handling procedures and meet call volume and productivity performance metrics.
* Support additional skillsets, projects, and opportunities as required.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation and Schedule:
* Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00
* Hours of Operation: 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM, seven days a week.
* Work Schedule: 40 hours per week with occasional opportunities for overtime.
* Flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts.
Job Location:This position is on-site in Salem, OR, in an office call center environment.
