NORBIT Italy is looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen and develop relationships with our key customers in the industrial and automotive sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in B2B sales, project management, and customer development – someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships. This role is based in Abruzzo (Chieti Province) and plays a key part in shaping our business strategies in close collaboration with the Business Director and technical departments. What you’ll do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the industrial and automotive sectors. Define and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability. Manage contracts and agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable business development. Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate closely with the Business Director and with internal teams (R&D, production, quality, logistics) to ensure successful project execution. Coordinate a small team of operators for refurbishments activities project inside the Norbit Italy department under instructions of Business Director and HQ in Norway. Who you are: You have experience in B2B customer management, preferably in the industrial or automotive sector. A relevant educational background in engineering with project management experience and basic financial background. Experience in project management; certification within AgilePM or PRINCE2 is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and an analytical, solution-oriented mindset. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages (e.g., German or French) is a plus. Willingness to travel to client meetings when needed.
