1. The Risk Manager ensures compliance to the ITO Risk process and provide support to Sales and Commercial team from the proposal development up to the purchase order signature with the aim to mitigate the offering and purchase order’s risk profile for GTE and CTS equipment, solutions and frame agreements opportunities.
2. Provide directions to Sales and Commercial teams on ITO Risk process during the entire bidding phase, coordinating the Bid/No bid meeting, Deal approval reviews, R2, R3 reviews until ITO-OTR hand off.
3. Ensure BH Compliance Policies are properly understood and implemented.
4. Structure and/or improve global risk process in conjunction with the Portfolio evolution, identifying and analyzing new risks, potential exposures and mitigation strategies.
5. Have an active role during the commercial life of the opportunity, with the identification of key risks, mitigation strategies and approvals to be obtained.
6. Publish periodic metrics to monitor trends and adherence to the process.
7. Ensure POA/Contractual documentation signature compliance.
8. Conduct process audits to verify the compliance to policies, including liaison with internal and external auditors.

9. Master degree from an accredited university or college in Economics, Engineering, Law.
