Role Mission: As a
Europe Product Specialist
, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Europe Product Development Manager in overseeing operational processes for our European hotel and ground products. From reviewing contracts and managing rate grids to assisting with sourcing and negotiations, you’ll ensure seamless execution and maintain strong relationships with our partners. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep knowledge of European hotels and ground services, and is proactive in optimizing our product offerings.

You Will: Serve as a regional specialist, handling day-to-day interactions with hotel/ground partners and the internal sales team. Review hotel contracts annually and assist in onboarding new properties and launching new destinations. Expand ground services by curating additional tours, transfers, and experiences. Support pricing and contract negotiations, including price shopping and renewing agreements. Manage rate grids (CSV and Excel), ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management. Organize files, generate reports, and maintain internal systems for seamless operations. Assist with webinars, FAM trips, and ad hoc projects as needed. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
You Have: 3+ years of experience within the luxury travel industry, with a strong understanding of European hotels and destination management companies (DMCs). Experience in contracting, vendor negotiations, or industry partnerships. A proactive approach, comfortable handling vendor calls and supporting the PD Manager. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks, while maintaining strong organizational and attention to detail skills. Proficiency in Excel and CSV file management, with experience handling rate grids and data entry. Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal (C1-C2). Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
