Position SummaryOur fast-growing Biddable Media team is looking for a skilled specialist to manage our top clients.The ideal candidate will have the core aim of driving performances through key channels.The individual will act as an expert on all things regarding biddable media activities. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns, with a focus not only on execution but also on strategy development and product analysis. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance and deliver measurable results.We are seeking enthusiastic, positive, and curious individuals who are always eager to ask insightful questions, learn continuously, and collaborate with others.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategy, planning, execution and optimization of paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, Amazon, TikTok, Meta, …)Responsible for assisting the client services team with day-to-day account management for multiple international Clients Develop and implement strategies to reach target audiences and maximize conversion rates across various platform Conduct thorough product analysis to ensure the right strategy and bidding approach for each campaignAnalyzing outcomes to implement new approach, maximize results and get insights to drive innovation Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and share knowledge across the teamStay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising, paid search, and paid social to bring innovative ideas to the tableDesired Skills ExperienceAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid search and social activitiesStrong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including performance tracking and optimizationProven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and brand awarenessStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendationsExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExperienced in working with Direct Response clientsStrong Excel skillsStrong presentation skillsStrategic ThinkingThe ideal candidate must have a strong command of the English language and be a native Italian speakerProblem solvingTeamworkingOrganization and proactivity in managing relationships with customersKnowledge in Analytics, tag manager, optimization platforms (eg. search ads 360) will be considered a PlusKnowledge in intelligence tools both for search and social media (eg.
