Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Sponsorship Events Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Events, Video teams and other departments to deliver high-impact branding assets and print-ready designs that elevate the sponsor and visitor experience. You will also take ownership of key design elements across the SiGMA expo, such as the media lounge, conference stages, and sales lounges, as well as side event sponsorships including awards stages, photowalls, and more. Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Events and Video teams to create cohesive and impactful event branding assets.
2. Design print-ready materials for sponsorship touchpoints across expos and side events.
3. Own the design execution of SiGMA expo essentials such as the media lounge, conference stages, and sales lounges.
4. Design and manage sponsor branding across side events including awards stages, photowalls, and other activations.
5. Work with printers and production partners to ensure all assets are delivered accurately and on time.
6. Ensure visual consistency across all event-related branding and uphold SiGMA’s brand standards.
7. Support in the setup and coordination of design elements during on-site events, when required.
8. Create and execute engaging, impactful, and unique design solutions using brand imagery and identity guidelines.
9. Design high-quality graphic assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
10. Develop visual content for SiGMA World events, including promotional banners, graphic ads, event invitations, brochures, and more.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, marketing, content, and events, to ensure consistent and visually engaging branding across all channels.
12. Translate complex concepts into visually appealing designs that align with company goals.
13. Ensure all deliverables meet the highest creative standards and adhere to interactive best practices.
14. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to keep SiGMA World’s graphic presence fresh and engaging.
15. Assist in creating presentations, infographics, and other visual content as needed.
16. Think creatively and drive new ways to visually support everything from broad strategic concepts to design functionality.
17. Clearly articulate a creative vision and design rationale to clients and team members.
18. Work independently while frequently checking in with your manager to ensure projects stay on track and are executed effectively.
Qualifications:
1. Proven 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Must: Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design tools.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work across print and digital.
3. Understanding of web design principles and responsive design.
4. Experience in visual content creation for social media platforms.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
6. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. Leadership and team management experience is strongly preferred.
8. A passion for technology, events, and innovative design.
9. Proven experience in event branding and print design, ideally within large-scale expos or conferences.
10. Strong understanding of layout, typography, and production processes for large-format printing.
11. Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
12. Experience working with external vendors and production houses is a plus.
