About the role:
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days in our Milan office, conveniently located near Milano Centrale.

Responsibilities:
4. Maintain and optimise local company networks and servers
5. Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software for all offices and users, primarily but not limited to Milan.
6. Oversee data backup and system security operations ( user authorization)
7. Manage IT access audits
8. Work with team to resolve issues including escalations
9. Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines
10. Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via help desk
11. Support costs and budget processes IT systems and vendors ( development platforms, telecommunication companies, password managers) and software licences
12. Develop IT policies and practices to mature our process and ultimately provide a better service to our customers
Requirements
13. Good knowledge of G Suite, Slack, Atlassian Jira\Confluence administration
14. Good knowledge of macOS
15. Knowledge of networking concepts, tools and equipment, with good knowledge of WIFI networks
16. At least 2 years of hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment
17. Have good communication skills both written and verbal
18. Fluent in English

19. ITIL/ITSM/Atlassian certifications
20. Knowledge of gitlab and scripting languages
21. An interest for identity and security
