PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
As Junior Supply Chain Methods Coordinator, you will respond to the Asset and Drilling Procurement Function Support Manager. You will join our Department Asset and Drilling Procurement Function Support (ADPROS), in the Supply Chain Function. You will coordinate the procurement activities in your scope conducting the following activities:
ACTIVITIES:
1. Prepare and issue procurement plans for Saipem’s Offshore Drilling Rigs and Offshore Construction Vessels, follow up on urgent procurement requests, and organize weekly follow-up meetings with all involved stakeholders.
2. Facilitate the Vendor Management activities relating to the Vendor qualification processes and the updating of Saipem's Vendor Data Base, for Vendors required to support the management of assets and operations of the Offshore Construction and Offshore Drilling business lines.
3. Perform procurement data analysis and reporting associated to Offshore Construction and Offshore Drilling assets management, by creation of dashboards using business intelligence software such as Power BI.
4. Coordinate the urgent procurement activities and monitor the updates through Excel.
5. Conduct data querying, data cleaning, analysis, and forecasting using Excel and Power BI.
QUALIFICATION: Master's Degree/Bachelor's Degree in: Economics, Management Engineering, Mathematical and Statistics Engineering, Data Analytics or similar.
LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent Contract or Apprenticeship.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years in procurement or supply chain activities or interest to develop your career in the procurement field.
ITSKILLS:
1. Microsoft Excel: Good knowledge including the creation of spreadsheets, use of formulas, pivot tables, and charts to effectively analyze data.
2. Power BI: Proficiency in designing and developing interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
3. DAX (Data Analysis Expressions): Basic knowledge of DAX for creating measures and calculated columns within Power BI is a plus.
4. Office 365 suite: Solid understanding of the Office 365 suite and familiarity with key features and functionalities to enhance productivity and streamline workflows (Copilot is a plus).

1. Team Building: Ability to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to group objectives and supporting colleagues. Demonstrates respect for diverse perspectives.
