To elevate our partnerships and client relationships, we are seeking a profile with deep expertise in hospitality sales, strategic relationship management, and high-level deal-making. This role requires a results-driven professional who excels in both venue partnerships and corporate client sales, crafting compelling offers and leading the team with data-backed strategies to secure, close, and grow partnerships.
The Role
This is a senior-level position, ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality sales, venue partnerships and strategic client relationship management.
You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, working closely with both clients and the internal team to secure and close deals effectively. Your ability to structure compelling retreat packages, negotiate high-value contracts, and drive revenue growth will be critical to the success of our retreats.
Who we are looking for
* Senior Hospitality Sales & Venue Management Expert – You bring 5+ years of experience in hospitality sales, tourism, event production, or high-end venue partnerships. Your background includes leading sales initiatives, managing venue relationships, negotiating contracts, and designing premium guest experiences.
* Strategic & Data-Driven Thinker – You leverage insights from CRM systems, customer feedback, and sales data to inform business decisions, optimize sales performance, and enhance client engagement.
* High-Level Negotiator & Closer – You are an expert in guiding corporate clients through the sales process, negotiating contracts, and securing long-term partnerships with both venues and clients.
* Strong English proficiency is required
Good to have:
* Leadership & Team Influence – experience coaching and mentoring sales teams, sharing best practices, and implementing effective sales techniques to enhance performance.
* Extra Language Proficiency - additional European language fluency is a significant plus for managing international partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Consultation & High-Value Deal Closing: Serve as the lead point of contact for clients, guiding them through the sales process, contract negotiations, and retreat customization to drive deal closures.
* Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales techniques, pricing models, and client engagement strategies to maximize revenue and client retention.
* Sales Enablement & Insights: Collaborate with the sales team, leveraging market trends, data insights, and client feedback to refine offerings and drive revenue growth.
* Custom Retreat Curation: Work closely with venues and experience providers to develop bespoke retreat packages, ensuring seamless execution and world-class service delivery.
* Process Optimization & CRM Leadership: Improve CRM workflows, automate processes, and enhance partner engagement through data-driven strategies.
* Market Expansion & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends in hospitality, corporate retreats, and experiential travel, continuously refining our retreat offerings.
