The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on eyewear and contact lenses, performing eye examinations, and managing the optical department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
* Perform eye examinations and prescribe corrective lenses as necessary
* Select and recommend appropriate eyewear and contact lenses for customers
* Manage the optical department, including inventory and supplies
* Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
* Professional certification as an optometrist or equivalent experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Knowledge of optics and visual science
