As part of the Marketing department and the Retail Marketing Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
1. Deploy in store activation related with SEPHORA institutional animations, gifting moments and most important brand launches
2. Manage the institutional opening and reopening events
3. Monitoring the execution and the results of Beauty services
4. Identify e collect the retail needs in order to develop tools/activation of differentiation.
Activations – Institutional animation
5. Coordination of activations: briefing hostesses/stewards, alignment with stores and agencies.
6. Supervision of materials and in-store setups.
7. Launch of activations and management of photo/video content.
8. Redemption analysis and feedback collection.
Opening and Remodeling Events
9. Participation in kick-off meetings, definition of setups, and consumer activities.
10. Coordination of pre/post-event animations and in-store services.
11. Alignment with marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams.
12. Supervision of materials, activation launches, KPI analysis, and feedback collection.
Service Management
13. In-store communication: material adaptations, sharing with stores and warehouses.
14. Online booking: touchpoint definition, KPI monitoring, and reservation management.
15. Training: sharing guidelines and attending training sessions.
16. Service launch follow-up: tracking verification, materials, and digital tools.
Monitoring and Optimization
17. Updating materials and Service Book.
18. Performance analysis and improvement actions.
19. In-store execution control.
Who we are looking for:
20. Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
21. Experience in retail marketing, events, or trade marketing.
22. Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and KPIs.
23. Excellent coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
24. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
