Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in Italy as an Operations Agent.
About the Job
As an Operations Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth Service Delivery operations. You will communicate booking updates with excursion suppliers and destination teams to guarantee a seamless experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and loading all bookings into the system
* Ensuring that terms and conditions of excursions meet quality and operations standards
* Guaranteeing that all information is collected in a timely manner for invoicing purposes
* Loading pick up times into the system
* Solving daily operational incidents to meet Service Level Agreements
* Liaising and negotiating with suppliers to resolve problems
* Valuating and closing excursions according to timelines and accounting needs
* Collaborating with colleagues in other teams and supporting operations in other areas of Italy
* Providing full expertise as a local expert to the delivery team
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Italian and English. Other European languages are advantageous. You should also have great organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the leisure and tourism industry is desirable, but not essential. You must be able to work in a flexible manner, including different shifts Monday-Sunday, and solve problems independently. Adaptability and a collaborative approach are essential.
