Job Description:
We are seeking an Account Manager to lead our strategy and relationship with clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of Cosentino products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new and maintaining current customers, understanding their needs to deliver exceptional services, and generating demand through various sales channels.
The ideal candidate will work closely with kitchen and bath stores, fabricators, and interior designers to generate leads and maximize the visibility of Cosentino products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers
* Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
* Responsible for overall sales of the assigned territory
* Identify opportunities to optimize sales and marketing efforts
* Customer Service: Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials, manage customer relationships, and provide post-sale service
* Business Intelligence: Prepare action plans, monitor data in CRM, and collaborate with corporate staff and other account managers
Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or field merchandising
* Desired experience with a customer database, Salesforce preferred
* Stone fabrication or distribution experience
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
