The meticulous design of each space offers an exclusive experience, where the limestone’s warm and enveloping reflections create a unique and refined atmosphere.Join the Europa Palace as a Sales Manager/Director.As a Sales Manager/Director, your mission will be to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities.Your responsibilities will include:Analysing local market trends and competitors’ activities to identify business leads and recommend strategies that develop and maintain a leading position in the marketplace, focusing on the local corporate market.Developing and implementing a strategic plan to increase sales to boost business.Travelling to feeder markets such as France, UK, and Northern Europe to attend the main sales events.Being familiar with and demonstrating knowledge of the main Luxury Consortia and International Affiliations to elevate the Property's market positioning.Assisting hotel departments in managing and developing all day-to-day activities related to sales, focusing on building long-term and valuable relationships in line with the proper customer base.Supporting the Events/Reservations Office to identify sales opportunities and attend relevant promotional events when needed.Supporting with Events, Press, and Familiarization trips.Direct reporting to GM.Requirements - Exceed expectations:Revealing a unique sales personality and a true passion for hospitality.Exceptional ability to inspire people.Strong knowledge of 5 Stars Luxury Sales activities and of the area of responsibility.At least two years of experience in a similar role.Proactive mindset and positive thinking.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Embrace global culture by speaking:ItalianEnglishFrench and any other languages would be considered a plus.Job title, wage, and benefits are commensurate with the individual background and experience.
