As the Sales Development Manager, you will interface with all levels of the ICR and customer organizations with the objective of increasing ICR sales profitability to ensure the business's financial objectives are achieved. An experienced sales associate with a proven track record of commercializing new business wins in the French Speaking markets in Europe and Africa. You will be required to have intimate knowledge of Refinish and Industrial Coatings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement a plan to grow ICR sales and profitability for new and existing customers.
2. Interface with various customers to promote ICR SPRINT products.
3. Communicate the customer's needs to the various ICR functions.
4. Interact with ICR resources to support customer needs to optimize sales.
5. Fully understand ICR's product portfolio and benefits to ensure value selling.
6. Understand the competitive landscape, current gaps and anticipate future gaps to improve ICR's market position.
Qualifications:
1. 3-5+ years in selling experience to importers and distributors.
2. Experience in the Car Refinish and Industrial Coatings.
3. Excellent relationship building experience and ability to communicate effectively across cultural and industry barriers.
4. Basic computer skills.
5. Travel 40% or more depending on pipeline.
6. Fluent knowledge of both English and French speaking and writing.
