You will be handling communications via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with a wide range of airline-related queries.
* Provide solutions and support over multiple communication channels.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Requirements:
* Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
* Strong communication, writing, and listening skills.
* Previous customer care experience is essential.
* Computer literacy; possession of an ECDL certificate is preferred.
* Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday.
