Rashmi Metaliks is expanding in Europe, and we’re looking for Sales Engineers with experience in the water infrastructure, utilities, and potable or wastewater sectors. Responsibilities Play a key role in brand-building and market entry for Rashmi Metaliks in Europe. Shape strategy and take on leadership responsibilities as the team expands. Continuously improve logistics and delivery times with warehouses in development across key locations. Qualifications Experience: Ideally 5 years in water infrastructure sales, but we welcome candidates with 2-3 years in related fields. Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent communication skills, is essential for this role. Industry Knowledge: Experience with GRP, HDPE, OPVC, or carbon steel pipes is highly valued. Sales & Project Management: Proven technical sales and business development track record. Motivated & Entrepreneurial: Ability to establish and grow client relationships in a fast-moving environment. A diploma or degree in Engineering, particularly in the water sector, is a strong advantage. Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally abroad, depending on project and business needs.
