Senior Business Development Manager

They are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in Italy.
The Role:
Drive new sales, sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure deals
Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
Analyze sales performance and implement strategies for improvement
Stay ahead of market trends and provide competitor analysis
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies
solution presentations, positioning our technology as a superior offering
Coordinate technical support for demos, PoCs, and customer training
Develop compelling proposals and value propositions for clients
Requirements:
M.Sc. or degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of business development experience in engineering/tech sales with a proven success record
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
Willingness to travel up to 50%
