In this role, you will add value by driving quality and environmental management across the global SIS organisation, ensuring successful ISO certification and continuous quality and environmental improvement for the organisation, based in Milan, Italy or Ebikon, Switzerland. You will have a direct reporting line to the Head IT Risk and Compliance Manager and a dotted line to the Group CIO.
1. Leading the team responsible for ISO certification. In particular, the team is responsible for process documentation, the ISO framework, training and standardised implementation in the SIS
2. Planning, executing and leading Internal & External Audits of all SIS Hubs
3. Ensuring ISO 9001 – 14001 compliance on a global organisational level, including global harmonization with Central Quality and Environmental Management System and lead Quality & Environmental delegates in Hubs
4. Introducing continuous improvement of processes and quality within the central function and nodes, as well as setting a baseline of KPIs and clear management targets for improvement
5. Ensuring sustainability of the quality management system in SIS and being SIS interface to Group Corporate quality (GFQE)
6. Supporting the measurement of SIS footprint and defining improvement for emissions' reduction to implement sustainability charter

Your requirements include:
7. Master's degree in business informatics or a similar degree in the field of IT
8. ISO Certifications & IT specific Audit Certification
9. Significant working experience in global IT environments
10. Advanced Process and Project Management skills as well as IT Audit Skills (ISO, ITIL, NIST, etc.)
11. Cross functional knowledge of IT best practices
12. Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
