Randstad Italy Milan is seeking an Online Marketing Coordinator for a leading logistics company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute digital media plans to achieve client goals.
* Set up campaigns, manage budgets, and optimize performance across various advertising platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and create performance reports to drive process improvements.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in media planning, preferably in a digital advertising agency.
* Experience with programmatic platforms such as DV360 or The Trade Desk.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel.
* Business-level English and basic project management skills.
* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with DSP platforms and Amazon ADS suite.
* Knowledge of automated bidding strategies and multilingualism (French, German, Spanish).
Work Environment:
* Full-time position with hybrid work options.
* Core hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
* Onboarding requires in-office presence.
* Initial fixed-term contract of 1 year.
