Job Description Summary: The Strategic Analysis & Insights team is responsible for a holistic understanding of the OU landscape to localize the global “Where to play” definitions. The role will contribute to leveraging a strong analytical approach and high-quality insights to identify and prioritize opportunities and impact business results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the review and assessment of market opportunities, including whitespace opportunities and challenges, by owning associated pieces of modelling and analysis.
* Support the team on Commercial Insights analysis/research to enrich channel strategy, category vision, customer stories, and drive actionable recommendations for the business.
* Support Planning Process (long range and annual) by providing relevant analyses and insights on market, channel dynamics, and shopper/consumer trends.
* Participate in OU cross-functional projects through ad hoc analysis or desk research.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science.
Essential Experience:
* Significant Business and/or functional experience in Strategy, Market Research, or Analytics related areas.
* Familiarity with TCCS key data sources (internal and external such as Global data, Nielsen, Household Panel, etc.).
* Proven ability to manage projects in a cross-functional environment.
Required Skills:
* Strong analytical and modelling skills (Excel).
* Problem framing and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to drive simple insights from complex data and information, “connecting the dots.”
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with key stakeholders from the Coke System in a compelling way.
* Curiosity and external focus on market trends, competition, channel dynamics.
* Business acumen and understanding of key business and P&L drivers for our system.
