Adecco Lifescience, a specialized division of Adecco, is looking for a CREDIT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST for a leading company in the Healthcare sector.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Support the Credit Manager in the creditworthiness evaluation of potential customers of the identified Subsidiary’s cluster area, ensuring tasks are completed in line with standard operating procedures (SOP) and Group Policies, and escalating any possible deviations.
2. Closely monitor credit risks and cash collection activities by reviewing aging reports and alerts related to business credit scores and reports provided by the Credit reporting platform.
3. Distribute statements & dunning letters according to the defined Collection Strategy, pre-due calling (detect and initiate resolution of administrative issues before the due date – incorrect invoice details, etc.).
4. Daily review and monitor of sales orders on credit hold, consequent follow-up (identifying any cash collection actions) and release.
5. Follow up on disputed invoices and collect data to understand root causes and support rectification.
6. Follow up on claims/disputes with customers, sales & finance departments to reduce payment delays.
7. Daily follow-up of cash collection activities contacting customers by phone or email.
Requirements:
1. Fluent English is required; German is recommended.
2. Customer service experience or previous exposure to accounting principles/collection is an asset.
3. Knowledge of the Office suite, with a strong level of proficiency in Excel.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Work Location: Milan (M2 line)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday; smart working is expected 2 days a week.
Employment Terms:
1. CCNL for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sector; level and RAL will be commensurate with the candidate's actual experience.
2. 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of confirmation.
