Our teams are embracing change, fostering new ways of working and we have never been more resolute in our mission - "you work for us, and we`ll work for you".What you will be doing• The Business Developer enables and supports sale of Ricoh Smart Lockers solutions to customers.• The Business Developer listens to the customer needs and proposes Ricoh solutions explaining how they can improve customer processes and efficiency.• He/She is also involved in negotiations supporting the Account Manager around the offer, pricing and other contractual terms, e.g. installation, warranties, etc.• Generating new business leads through his networking and promotional activities; and updating their technical knowledge and skills on a regular basis.• Further activities include advising clients on new and existing Smart Lockers solutions. • Business Developer’s core job objective is to maintain a balance between achieving sales and revenue targets, while also ensuring that customer expectations on cost, functionality and quality are met.• He/She is a technology enthusiast, able to think "out of the box", with creativity and rationality to organize the activities and being concrete on the business.• Other activities for the Business Developer include: keeping up-to-date with trends and developments in the specific industry; generating new business leads through his/her networking and promotional activities; and updating their technical knowledge and skills on a regular basis.You will ideally haveAt least 3 years of experience in ICT industry solution selling, market knowledge, independent in account management, forecasting.
