TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER
Posizione:
The Technical Sales Manager for Industrial Specialties is responsible for the integral management of the customer journey, with a focus on sales from a technical/advisory point of view and the detection of new business opportunities.
Main responsibilities
* The Technical Sales Manager will work in the following sectors: Construction Chemistry, Agriculture, Water Treatment.
* Managing and accelerating the pipeline of current opportunities.
* Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities.
* Survey of potential customers and products.
* Competitor analysis and benchmarking of products and sales.
* Sales preparation, including in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, sales conditions, and service process.
* Planning and monitoring of customer visits.
* Development of sales actions to maintain and improve customer relations.
* Gathering information on customer needs and passing it on to the organisation.
* Supporting technical assistance and handling customer complaints.
Requisiti:
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent. A master's degree will be considered a plus.
* At least 5 years' experience in chemical sales (Construction Chemistry/Agriculture/Water Treatment).
* Fluent English.
* Teamwork.
