About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing sales strategies within the automotive sector.
Your mission is to expand our client portfolio, forge strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and key industry partners, and contribute to the company's commercial success.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plan tailored to the automotive market to grow the business and generate revenue.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with key clients (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, distributors, etc.).
* Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring favorable conditions for the company.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing solutions to optimize results.
* Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, expanding the network and promoting brand awareness.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the automotive or industrial sector.
* Strong expertise in B2B sales, negotiation strategies, and account management.
* Proven ability to manage high-profile clients and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and goal-oriented mindset.
* Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
* Solid understanding of quality and operational processes within the automotive or manufacturing industries.
