As a Product Manager, you will lead the evolution of our Alternative Funds platform, empowering clients to monitor and manage their investments in alternative assets seamlessly. Collaborating closely with Tech, Cybersecurity, and Finance teams, you will ensure the platform aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
Your responsibilities will include shaping the product roadmap, streamlining internal processes, and integrating new features that drive business growth. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to automate workflows across various business units—including Finance, Investing, and Legal—gaining a deep understanding of their needs and working with the Tech team to design and implement effective technological solutions.
What You’ll Be Driving
As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing the Alternative Funds platform by streamlining internal processes, enhancing security, and improving the user experience. Your focus will be on:
* Automating internal processes to improve platform scalability and reduce operational inefficiencies.
* Internalizing accounting and Luxembourg fund management by developing tools and functionalities that enable in-house fund accounting and administration, reducing reliance on external providers.
* Optimizing the platform by refining the interface and user experience to ensure seamless and efficient workflows for UHNWI clients.
* Enhancing security and compliance by collaborating with the cybersecurity team to uphold the highest security standards and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
What You Bring
* Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
* Proven experience working with Software Developers, understanding technical constraints and opportunities.
* Ability to synthesize complex concepts using digital representation tools such as diagrams, mockups, and schemes.
* Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, effectively aligning technical and business teams.
* Strong prioritization abilities, ensuring business objectives are met in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Genuine curiosity and interest in financial and mathematically driven products, demonstrated through past experiences or personal interests.
While not strict requirements, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:
* Expertise in financial reporting, especially within private equity firms.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies, supporting efficient and iterative product development.
* Proficiency in data analysis, including advanced Excel and SQL.
* Experience working with remote teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.
