Opportunity
We are looking for a Quality System & Product Certification Assurance Junior Engineer, is responsible for supporting the management of the corporate quality system and maintaining product certifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards.
Your responsibilities will be:
Support in the maintenance and updating of the Quality Management System.
Participation in internal and external audits.
Collection, analysis, and monitoring of qualitative KPIs, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Collaboration with various company departments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Support in managing product and system audits for product certification (VDE, IMQ, UL, NSF, etc.).
Liaison with certification bodies to ensure regulatory compliance of products.
Maintenance of technical documentation and preparation of the declaration of conformity.
Support in the implementation of continuous improvement actions in the quality system and product certifications.
Monitoring of regulatory developments relevant to the sector.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:
At least 2 years of experience in quality, certification, or regulatory compliance.
Basic knowledge of quality standards and product certification (ISO 9001, UL, CE, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret technical standards and regulations.
Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and risk analysis (FMEA, 8D, PDCA).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with certification bodies and suppliers.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree with an interest in technical and organizational topics.
Good command of written and spoken English.
