About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Agent to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in finding new sales leads and achieving sales targets in Campania (Italy). You will provide appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities
* Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
* Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
* Understand customer needs and promote/offer solutions and support
* Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
* Establish relationships with new customers
* Maintain and grow positive business relationships with existing customers
* Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
* Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
* Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
* Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
* Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
* High School Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's Degree
* 2-3 years of experience in the role or in the sales field
* Fluent in Italian and good in English
* Branded companies from Consumer B2C industries or Hotel and Leisure industry (cruises companies, tour operators, yachting), global services or luxury goods or design and furniture, or high-end sport goods companies
* Consultative selling approach, direct sales, and negotiation skills
* CRM management knowledge and Lead management expertise
* General knowledge and use of digital devices and tools

* Confident and charismatic approach to people
