Job Summary:
As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to drive corporate revenue goals. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create global marketing brand plans, launching new products, and managing marketing communications.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Collaborate on global marketing brand planning, including product launches.
* Manage budgets and expenses effectively.
* Oversee all marketing communications, including medical, patient, promotions, and web marketing.
* Conduct market research with the Commercial Excellence team to identify trends and competitive markets.
* Work with Global Medical Affairs to manage international congresses, symposia, and scientific boards.
* Lead or co-lead the brand team.
Qualifications:
* 4-5 years of experience in brand management, including strategy, brand building, new product development, commercial marketing, and execution.
* Proven collaboration and strong communication skills.
* Experience with pharmaceutical products, such as Rx, OTX, OTC.
* Fluency in both Italian and English.
* Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
