Key Responsibilities: Support the Commercial team regarding day-to-day business topics. Issue Daily Sales Reports. Issue CSL Reports. Month-end process: Reconcile Commercial Agreements COPA vs Accounting. Prepare Artwork and Product Testing Reports. Check on Divisional Overheads. Quarterly update of Provision file for Sales Agents. Year-end process: support HoF in identifying needs for commercial accruals. IP process: Check on volumes built by Demand Planners for the region. Verify prices and margins according to the latest information. Financial forecast, annual budget, and 5-Year Planning process: Following the IP process, add overlays if SD, Plant, or other stakeholders request them. Build Divisional Overheads. Bridges vs previous budgets/forecasts. Conduct Margin analysis. Regional Business Team: Support SD and HoF on reporting Sales and Divisional Overheads. Promotional activity: Report promotional impact according to the latest information. Prepare and lead a monthly review for KAMs. Input for Price Tracker. Prepare Ad-hoc reports. Resource must be fluent in English, with a financial background and aptitude for the use of advanced computer systems (Excel, Power BI, SAP).
