Key Responsibilities:
* Focus on Engineering Plastics: You will be responsible for driving sales of high-performance engineering plastics in the Italian market across multiple applications, with a strong emphasis on the automotive and electronics industries.
* Account Management: You will manage and grow a portfolio of large and complex key accounts, including car manufacturers, by identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
* Market Development: You will identify and secure growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in collaboration with marketing colleagues.
* Customer Collaboration: You will work closely with customers to provide tailored solutions, including offering technical support and aligning new project requirements with our company's capabilities.
* Team Collaboration: You will partner with the Technical Development and Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering plastics into customer applications, supporting their development from concept to production.
* Reporting: You will regularly report sales progress and market insights to the business to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Education: A degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related scientific field.
* Experience: Several years of proven sales experience within the chemical or engineering plastics business, ideally with exposure to the Italian market.
* Skills: Strong negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills, coupled with a winning mentality and growth-oriented mindset.
* Personality: A self-motivated and conscientious individual with a customer-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
* Mobility: A valid driving license and a willingness to travel throughout Italy and abroad as needed.
