As an On Premise Event Marketing Specialist, you will develop and implement initiatives that build the Red Bull brand and drive consumption both with consumers and within the industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Embody and promote the Red Bull OP culture, with the Art of Musketeering spirit at the core of all actions.
Act as an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product in front of the team and the On Premise Network.
Monitor image standards to uphold Red Bull's brand premium values.
2. Develop and execute national industry event strategies.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams (brand, culture, sports, Red Bull Media Network).
Buildevent organizers, and the local scene to identify new collaboration opportunities.
Develop performance-driving concepts for On Premise field teams to execute, increasing share of mind and overall sales in accounts and at events.
3. Ideate, create, and activate consumer-facing Red Bull events.
Develop and translate national campaigns into impactful On Premise initiatives.
Deliver scalable and high-impact consumer initiatives designed to win consumers, build consumption habits, and strengthen the Red Bull brand.
4. Create initiatives and concepts (from events to experiences, incentives, and others) that increase share of mind with industry stakeholders, including venue (bar) staff, decision-makers, owners, and influencers, leading to increased sales.
Ensure a strong and effective network with external agencies, key influencers, national decision-makers, event organizers, and the local scene to search for new collaboration opportunities.
5. Minimum of 2+ years in marketing in a commercial environment.
6. Event management skills are required.
7. Experience in an Food & Beverage environment is preferred.
8. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think and act strategically and innovatively.
9. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
10. Strong commercial awareness and acumen, with an understanding of sales and finance processes.
11. High planning, prioritization, and organizational ability.
12. Strong analytical skills to analyze consumer, sales, and customer data.
13. Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
14. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
15. Travel 90-100%
