Bulgari Gioielli SPA, within the Jewellery Project Management Department based in Rome, is looking for a Jewellery Project Manager .
Mission
Ensure New Product Development Project Management for the assigned product line, with continuous involvement and engagement of internal and external stakeholders, guaranteeing focus on all relevant phases, from creative requirements to product finalization, in order to respect quality standards, time-to-market, and cost targets.
Main Accountabilities
* Manage New Product Development Projects for the assigned product lines (Fine Jewelry and High Jewelry), from marketing brief through design creation, quotation, prototyping, Industrialization, and first mass production;
* Strong Lead on resources planning and timing definition, setting intermediate milestones and final delivery, in order to respect project scope, applying Lean Design planning techniques;
* Elaborate process cost estimation (product and project-wise), collecting all relevant information from internal and external departments, respecting cost objectives through all project phases;
* Analyze project performance setting and evolving proper KPIs;
* Lead periodic project status meetings with all relevant stakeholders (Design, Marketing, Workshop, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and external actors);
* Manage project risks and issues, providing effective solutions in order to anticipate, mitigate, and avoid negative effects during product development;
* Guarantee an effective Communication Plan through project management tools (e.g. visible planning, project status reports, ad hoc meetings);
* Provide project management support to other Business Units to develop specific products/components.
Professional Capabilities
* 4/5 years of experience in a Project Manager role
* Strong Project management knowledge and Lean tools and techniques (Gantt charts, WBS, Visible Planning, Earned Value, Requirement Definition, stakeholder management, Cost management, Quality Analysis, KPI Analysis).
* Cost estimation, data analysis, and monitoring techniques
* Curious about Products, Materials, Manufacturing Processes and Technology relevant to the Category managed
* Familiar with competitors and business analysis
* IT applications (ERP/SAP, BW, Project, Office).
