Senior IT Service Management Consultant:
HSPI, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Senior Consultant, expert in IT Service Management, to start a collaboration on a freelance basis (Partita IVA). The resource will be integrated into one of our major clients in the Energy sector for a 12 month project.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Analysis and Optimization of IT Service Management Processes: Identify opportunities for improvement in IT service management processes and support client stakeholders in adopting solutions.
2. Management and Monitoring of IT Events: Analyze and monitor IT events in operation, ensuring proper management of tickets (incident, problem, change) in both infrastructure and application contexts.
3. Coordination of Existing Teams: Lead meetings and actively collaborate with team leaders to ensure effective communication flows and the timely resolution of events.
4. Support for ITSM Tool Usage: Facilitate the use of the HP Service Manager tool by the teams, promoting the adoption of best ITIL practices.
Required Skills:
1. Previous experience in ITSM of at least 3 years.
2. Experience in managing and analyzing IT events in infrastructure and applications.
3. Design of IT event management processes.
4. ITIL Certification.
Preferred Skills:
1. Knowledge of the HP Service Manager application.
