Junior Partner Account Manager (PAM)
TP-LINK Italy is seeking a driven, dynamic, and ambitious professional to enhance the sales team and bring new sales opportunities to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
* Develop a named accounts list to achieve company objectives
* Proactively recruit new qualifying partners
* Build a plan for partner enablement and training in assigned territory
* Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers to generate new business and develop current partner network
* Coordinate involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives
* Assume responsibility for accurate sales forecasting and update CRM accordingly
* Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
* Lead joint partner planning process to develop mutual performance objectives
Required Experience:
* 1+ years Partners Sales and/or Territory management in Networking and/or UCC market
* Recognized contact list of strategic partners in Unified Communication market
* Experience building business and marketing plans with partners
* Experience with Distribution channel model
* Experience in sales forecasting, opportunity identification, and drive to close
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent English speaker
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
