CommScope is seeking a dynamic Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our RUCKUS team, based in the Milan or other locations in Northern Italy. This role will oversee the MED region, covering Italy, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our business within a designated portfolio of RUCKUS Networking Partners while also identifying and developing new Elite-level Networking Partners.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing the share of business within their Partner base. This includes developing and executing strategic programs and initiatives to:
* Generate demand for RUCKUS hardware, software, and services.
* Develop and execute Partner Business Plans, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and delivering on key performance goals.
* Enhance Partner capabilities and motivation, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to effectively sell RUCKUS solutions.
* Outmanoeuvre our competitors and capture market share through strategic engagement and positioning of RUCKUS.
* Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Leverage structured qualification and selling techniques to provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
* Collaborate closely with local and extended sales teams to support and drive overall business success.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
* 3 - 5 years of experience in selling high-tech (IT) products and services for a multinational IT vendor, engaging with Director-level and senior contacts through the Channel.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement scalable programs that drive demand for RUCKUS products and services.
* Proven ability to challenge the status quo, inspiring Channel Partners and gaining their trust, commitment, and preference for RUCKUS.
* Results-driven approach, with strong influencing skills to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
* Thrives in a highly matrixed environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
* Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
* Willingness to travel up to 50%, domestically and internationally, to support business objectives.
