About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Product Manager with a strategic, data-driven mindset to help develop and optimize our go-to-market strategy .
In this role, you will work closely with our Product, Growth, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to refine our product positioning, enhance in-app communication, and drive activation, engagement, and retention strategies.
You will be responsible for crafting compelling value propositions tailored to our different user segments, translating market insights and data analysis into effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing Strategy and Execution
Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and products
Develop clear and differentiated value propositions for both B2C and B2B audiences
Collaborate with the product team to enhance in-app messaging and positioning
Structure and optimize onboarding, activation, monetization and retention flows
Data Analysis and Market Research
Conduct competitive benchmarks and analyze communication strategies used by industry competitors
Analyze user funnel data to improve the customer journey
Track key engagement and churn KPIs, identifying areas for optimization
Test and iterate strategies based on data and user feedback
Implement all the discovery process required
Growth and Performance Marketing Support
Work with the Marketing team to develop awareness and acquisition strategies
Create messaging and content for paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
Develop and optimize email marketing flows for activation, retention, and cross-selling
Support SEO and ASO initiatives to enhance organic product visibility
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Management or Performance Marketing
Strong ability to analyze product data and metrics to inform strategic decisions
Experience in go-to-market strategy development and messaging
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
Ability to write persuasive copy in both English and Italian, optimized for different channels
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Apollo.io)
Knowledge of paid advertising strategies and experience in optimizing campaign performance
Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Figma for marketing asset creation
Strong problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven approach
What we Offer
€30,000 - €40,000, depending on experience
Full remote : work from anywhere in Italy, with the option to visit our Milan office
