The Outside Sales Manager will prospect companies and government agencies that utilize temporary labor-which then is recruited, trained and provided from the local Action Labor Pompano Beach branch location in Bonita Springs. This role is for a highly motivated individual that operates with a sense of urgency and has a relentless desire to win. The Outside Sales Manager is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the acquisition of new business. This is accomplished by prospecting and closing new opportunities as well as leveraging existing relationships. The Outside Sales Manager has a positive attitude, competitive nature and loves to make money while exceeding customer expectations. Duties and Responsibilities include: Identify and partner with new and existing staffing clients to grow the book of business. You will be out networking with professionals who control the labor decision and need temporary workers from Action Labor & Staffing Connection. These targets include construction general contractors and sub-contractors along with industrial facilities and prospective clients that need unskilled, semi-skilled or skilled temporary workers. Develop sales skills and business strategy, partnering with Action Labor Corporate Sales and our Action Labor branch location in Bonita Springs who recruit and provide labor to your clients. We will train talented Sales Professionals who want to win and create a long-term career in temporary staffing Proven experience generating leads from inception to close (pipeline). Meet or exceed weekly goals to source, nurture and bring in new accounts. Execute each specific branch sales strategy by sourcing and qualifying new leads, developing our workforce solutions, and pricing and closing orders. Manage and grow existing customer accounts by closing additional up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Maintaining consistent communication is key. Relationship builder. Reporting and documentation of strategies used to hit target KPI’s. Willingness to work with technology to scale process. Utilize our CRM system and other technology like Construct Connect, Dodge Analytics and ZoomInfo to manage and track efforts. Qualifications: Outside B2B sales experience needed. Specific experience within the construction, light industrial, hospitality, manufacturing, or warehousing business sectors is a plus. Staffing industry experience is a big plus. Goal oriented with strong leadership skills. Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc (Microsoft Office software). 3-5 years outside sales or B2B sales experience is preferred with the ability to manage corporate sales and profitability expectations. Proven track record of success. Coachable/highly enthusiastic mindset. Valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation.
