Sales Manager B2BAs part of our plan to strengthen the Commercial structure, theSales Manager, reporting directly to theSales Director, will be responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring all activities aimed at achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for the assignedBusiness Unit .
This role will involve setting specific goals for different product groups and defining strategies to reach them through the assigned sales team.Responsibilities
In close collaboration with theMarketing, Production Planning, Finance, and Qualitydepartments, the Sales Manager will be responsible for:
Leading and coaching their sales team, fostering individual growth to ensure the achievement of budget objectives.
Developing tailored sales plans for existing customers while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Monitoring budget performance and ensuring that sales targets are met for eachcustomer, region, and sales account .
Providing regular reports on market trends and promptly informing the company about any financial or economic concerns related to clients.
Assisting theSales Directorin defining pricing strategies and developing sales plans.
Conducting periodic sales reviews, analyzing deviations from expected results, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Continuously enhancing market and industry knowledge through demand analysis and a deep understanding of customer needs.Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
Adegree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field .
5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales roles .
A background inmanufacturing, preferably within theindustrial or mechanical engineering sector .
Experience in managing and developingsales teams .
Fluency in English(both written and spoken).
Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
Knowledge of asecond language(French or German) would be considered a plus.
