Job Title: Regional Value & Access Lead, ADC, Italy
The Regional Value & Access Lead is responsible for access and reimbursement at regional level. He/She develops market access strategies at regional level, implementing cross-functional action plans to achieve market access objectives in the short and medium-long term.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the point of contact and face of ADC to regional/local payers, policy makers, patients associations and KOLs involved in reimbursement and market access conditions at regional level.
* Cultivate and build relationships with stakeholders who define or influence regional policy on diabetes care to ensure customer centricity.
* Create opportunities to gain endorsement for ADC products by relevant regional market access stakeholders.
* Anticipate changes to the regional landscape and assess impact on ADC business.
* Develop intimacy and transparent relationships with stakeholders through effective networking.
* Implement regional market access plans to achieve/expanding ADC products regional reimbursement and access.
* Drive and grow the ADC business, anticipating and overcoming barriers to product usage.
Education: B.A. or B.S. Degree in Medicine, Economics or Science; Master's degree in Medicine, Business Administration, Public Health, Health Economics or Health Policy.
Background: Proven experience interacting with healthcare stakeholders/decision makers, knowledge of the healthcare landscape and trends, ability to develop strategies and translate them into actionable engagement plans.
Impact: Failure to recognize reimbursement changes and opportunities may result in significant loss of revenue for new and existing products.
